God also sent some reminders my way today that make me smile! My daily devotional was about seeing Jesus in the fog. It included this verse:
"Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you." 1 Peter 5:7....thanks Lord, I needed to be reminded of that!
Then my daily prayer guide was about keeping our eyes off the rocky road and on the Lord. It included these verses:
"For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways; they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone." Psalm 91:11-12
"Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous fall." Psalm 55:22 ...thank the Lord for that!!
If you've read my blog long you know I love my music. So hearing the song I have on here today playing on the radio was one that always moves my heart. Amazing love...how true!
So, no matter how I've felt the past few days and no matter what the next days have in store...I'm so very grateful for the little moments that God reminds me how HIS joy is in my heart!
Here's some joy for the winner of my 440th post contest:

Still praying for you, my friend! May you feel that grace covering you completely today and bringing you peace and comfort!
Isn't it marvelous how God's Word speaks to us just when we need it most. The author of your devotions did not know you would need a "pick-me-up" today but God did. Isn't it just amazing? Blows me away! Take care. Connie
