My sister's bday was yesterday and I had fun thinking back at our birthday parties growing up. My parents had this thing going for several years where we would switch back and forth each year on who got to have the big party. I have no idea what was up with that. They were not poor by any means. Maybe the hidden message was to appreciate each other more as we watched one another party with friends?
As you can see, I'm "that sibling" who is trying not to be jealous. Look at me with my arms all folded and obviously some sorta jabber coming off my lips!
ANYways, there are so many things I love about my sister and "almost" sharing a birfday is one of them. For my life and happiness would not be complete without her right there with me!

I think it is so awesome how much you love your sister. I am an only child, so I've never had that kind of relationship with someone. I've never really missed not have a sister/brother to be close to, but every now and then I think it would have been nice:)

I have a sister who is 10 years older than me. I did not live with her however, just had a week with her in the summer. Check my earlier blog to find out why.
