I've missed him.
- I've weathered the weather:
The Emergency Broadcasting dealie bob came on the TV today with an announcement there was a Tornado warning north of us. Here in OREGON. Yep, first time in my life (in the NW) for that to ever happen!
I've missed him.
- I've celebrated my anniversary with 2 handsome *men*.
I still missed him.
- I've tried to keep things clean. Things like a full glass of spilt milk, cat barf, dog pee (cuz he was scared of the thunder poor fella...bout p'd my own pants too), and everything else that needs to be in ship shape for the sudden call from a realtor.
I've missed him.
- I've taken care of HIS cat. By taking him to the vet and managing to thwart his attempt at escaping in the waiting room, claws and all.
- I haven't slept much. Because of said cat who howls at night because he misses his daddy. And because it's weird not having Hubster home.
I've missed him.
- I spent an afternoon with his mother. Which I love just as much too btw.
- I've thought about mowing the lawn. But oh what a bummer, it rained too much!
- I've snuggled the boys that miss him dearly
So while he has told these boys he would bring them back a surprise tomorrow,
I sure hope he brings a surprise home for me too.

This will only be my second night without Josh and I'm already going through withdrawls. What will I do when I'm without him all next week?!
I managed to mow the lawn (no rain to excuse me) and I kept his kids alive.
It's gotta count for something, right?!

glad he's coming home. i know you missed him, and hope you get a suprise...but if not, he will be enough, right?
My hubby has also been gone all week. I didn't manage too well. I tried to just stay inside in the a/c room all week. I slept during the day a bunch. Could be depression without him here. We ate a lot of sandwiches and ordered pizza. Well actually we do that when he is here too. So anyway, I share your pain.
Awwwwwww, SO sweet.
I won't see Josh for 5 days next week as he'll be at a conference. :-( I'm planning on doing some baby shopping and having drinks with friends while he's gone to keep me occupied!

and I have to say that after barfing and howling, I think the cat would have "disappeared" from my house....just sayin'!
