I tried to think of something to celebrate April Fool's Day on here, but today...
I got nuthin'!!
But I do know of something a whole lot cuter to celebrate today! Sweet Rachel is doing a carnival:
Now who could play a trick on someone that cute?! So, I'll share mine:
Okay, that's mean....really, here I am:
What is up with those freaky looking dolls staring at me?
My Hubster:
Who by the way, came in weighing a hefty 9.9 and at the age of 1 was up to 30lbs! His mama fed him gooood!
And you know I could go on all day posting photos of my own babies!
D-Man....9.4:
And AJ at 9.5
You'd be ticked too after 30+ hours of labor!
He really is a happy kid!!
Be sure to stop by Rachel's for more oos and ahhs!
And because I've gotten into a nitch, My:
1. If you celebrate April Fools, what was the best one you pulled off (or was played on y.o.u.?)
2. What does your first name mean?
Happy April 1st everyone!

Cute pictures - of all of you! (Although that doll does look a little freaky in yours!)
No great April Fools jokes here. My name means bittersweet - that could be better too!
I don't have any great April Fool's jokes. I'm never funny when I try - so April Fool's is when you TRY to be funny....
My name means: industrious one.
my other name means -- relaxed and comfortable
This morning I put green food coloring in the bottom of Brayden's cereal bowl - and then poured the dry cereal on top. I let him pour the milk and got such a kick out of seeing his expression when the milk (and pieces of cereal) turned green....
I believe Stephanie means "Crowned One".....I've always thought I should be treated like royalty....ha ha!!!
Great pictures. I'm not an April Fools girl....so to speak.
My name: Susan
SUSANNA
Gender: Feminine
Usage: Italian, Swedish, Finnish, Russian, Dutch, English, Biblical
Other Scripts: Сусанна (Russian)
Pronounced: soo-ZAN-ə (English) [key]
From Σουσαννα (Sousanna), the Greek form of the Hebrew name שׁוֹשַׁנָּה (Shoshannah). This was derived from the Hebrew word שׁוֹשָׁן (shoshan) meaning "lily" (in modern Hebrew this also means "rose"), perhaps ultimately from Egyptian sšn "lotus". In the Old Testament Apocrypha this is the name of a woman falsely accused of adultery. The prophet Daniel clears her name by tricking her accusers, who end up being condemned themselves. It also occurs in the New Testament belonging to a woman who ministered to Christ.
As an English name, it was occasionally used during the Middle Ages in honour of the Old Testament heroine. It did not become common until after the Protestant Reformation, at which time it was often spelled Susan.
How's that for TMI. lol Blessings, SusanD
Wow, that clown really is kinda scary! Love your pictures! I had a very simmilar red velvet dress! It must have been popular back in the day. Your husband was a little cutie! And your boys are so sweet!
As for April Fools... My girls 9,6, & 4 try but they don't really get it. I was awakened to my oldest clipping barrets into my hair. They think that April fools is just doing anything silly!
My name (Rachel) means "Like a Lamb". I have always loved my name.
I'm loving everybody's baby pictures! How cute!
I try to avoid April Fools Day pranks...I don't want them pulled on me, haha!
I have to say those dolls were crazy scary, I would have been crying. Love Hubster's picture! Oh the joy on his face is priceless. He loved him some swing!
Your boys were beautiful babies. Lock them up missy!
People that know me know better then to prank me.
Rob did once have a surprise party for me, which DID surprise me but it turned out more to surprise those involved more because I was running late and the timing got all out of whack and he couldn't call and let them know so they ended up waiting a full 2 hours before the big surprise was to happen! That'll learn ya.
My name means Princess. And I have a chinese symbol on my back to prove it.
The baby pictures are great. This is so fun!
To answer your questions. The best/worst April Fools joke played on me was in college when a guy I was dating convinced me that he was coming out of the closet. I totally believed him, then he kissed me to prove me wrong. I still think he was telling the truth, and I never could get over it. Needless to say, that relationship ended soon after.
I don't know what my first name means for sure. Everything says something different. How about "beautiful?" I like that one!
I'm not one for pulling pranks but my sister love do it, we dreaded April 1st! One year I awoke and went to open my door but the handle was covered in Vaseline. After I got that cleaned up, I stepped out my door into a puddle of water and when I brushed my teeth, she had put soap on my toothbrush. She was terrible!
I think the meaning of my name, Harmony, is pretty self explanatory but I was named after an Elton John song. Most people don't know the song but I've heard it a few times.
Cute baby pics!
Cute pics, before I even read the comment I was thinking the same thing about those dolls. Love the photo of hubs. Your sons AJ's 1st photo is priceless.
OMG those dolls are seriously scary!
Cute pictures. I had teeny tiny babies, so I love seeing all the baby rolls on your little ones. So sweet.
Girl, you absolutely crack me up!
I've never been an April-fooler. I'm too gullible myself to pull something on someone else.
And my *real* name means Strong Tower. Which is kind of ironic because usually the last thing I feel like I am is strong.
Haaaaaahahahahaha!! Funny stuff, girl. You are super adorable, but those dolls are too much.
And your hubby WAS a little chunk. How cute.
Your boys are precious....as usual.
Thanks for joinin' in!
Rachel means "lamb". :-)
thanks for coming to visit my blog! those dolls are freaky.
cute pics- your kids are so gorgeous! The pic of your husband made me laugh- he is having a great time there! April Fool's- you bet baby. I find that the best ones are ones that aren't totally outrageous... My fave was when I got the two oldest up in the morning, scolding them for not getting up and letting the dog out and telling them that the dog pooed all over the living room and they had to clean it up. K was in tears and his big sister was snarking at him that he had to clean it up. I was giggling away to myself as I heard them coming down the stairs fussing and griping, and my husband thought I was a little mean for upsetting them. Maybe I do have a mean streak, cause I still giggle picturing it...
oh, and my name means God is gracious. Thank you Lord for that!
So loving your post....BTW, scary dolls, I would of been screaming!
Soooo cute! (the pictures) Questions...dunno but I always get DH!!! Name mean Tender Affection..
I LOVE these pictures, girl. Those dolls ARE a little freaky, but you were (and are!) adorable!
THe pic of your hubby made me smile, he still has that same happy grin, doesn't he?
And of course your little men...just precious.
I have two good ones. The first one was when I worked at a large bank in OKC in the item processing dept. It took about 20 of us to process the day's transactions. The day before April 1st, many of us mysteriously began feeling ill. The next day, many of us called in sick and if we weren't sick, our kids were. So in all, about 10 people called in "sick". April Fools! We all showed up at 9:05 to see our boss in a total panic. The next was my favorite 'cause the guy I got was pretty much impossible to fool. I had been back at work about two weeks after having Jordan. He'd "put up" with me all nine months. I sat down at his desk, head in my hands, close to tears. Told him I didn't know how, but I was pregnant again. I went on for a few min. with him shaming me for being careless and moaning about how he was going to have it so rough dealing with me 9 more months. I finally looked at him as seriously as I could and said April Fools!!! It was great! That was the only time I ever got him on anything.
Sorry such a long post.
