Talk about conflict of interest!

Guess where we will be at 5pm tonight?
In front of the T.V.!
Me, sitting on the fence hoping no one gets hurt.
The boys in their "cowboys" hats talkin' smack.
And Hubster replenishing his snacks and hoping
our house doesn't get egg'd if Oklahoma wins!
Good luck to both teams!

BTW, I talked with my step-mother today. My dad's surgery will be this friday. I am doggone nervous but thankful for a date set. Please continue to pray for our family.

I don't know either teams. Rob favors the Florida Gators. He was born in Jacksonville.
Thanks for the update on your Dad. I'll be praying too.
I'll pary about the eggs too! That is just so mean.

Have fun watching the game! There is nothing more fun than watching a game with die hard fans.
And I'll continue praying for your dad.

Good luck with the game...I hope things go well cause it can get ugly around here when Tigerfan's team isn't doing well...which has happened A LOT this year. In fact, I finally made him quit watching. We have children present, you know!

I'll keep praying for your dad!

Nothing like sports viewing to get the blood pumping. My dad used to scare the jeepers out of me by jumping up and cheering at the TV. Thanks for letting us know about your dad's surgery- will be keeping you all in prayer.

Well your Cowboys gave it a really good shot. During the first quarter we got a little nervous, but knew the Ducks would quack back! It was a great game and we hope you had fun watching it regardless of the outcome!

My thoughts are with you and your family for Friday. I'm sure 2009 will be full of many blessings - starting with a successful surgery for your Dad.

I'm so glad you are still an Okie at heart!!! It's all that red dirt - it got into more than just your clothes, right???

It sure was a fun game to watch. (wouldabeenfunnerifwehadwongrumpgrump)

:)

Keep us posted about your dad.

I'm in OK and I didn't even know there was a game. *LOL* You should move closer. We could hang out while your boys watched the game.

Will be praying for your dad this week. And I'm for whoever you are for since I have no real vested interest in this game. I think my hubby is an Oregon fan. Who knows?
